The Directors’ Lounge is an informal gathering for theatre, film and other performance directors to talk candidly about the work: actors, money, producers, difficult scripts, impossible schedules, creative doubt, audiences, collaboration, failure and the decisions nobody teaches you how to make. Part conversation, part peer exchange, it gives directors at different stages of practice room to compare notes and learn from one another. For directors, aspiring directors and closely related creative practitioners.
