We offer five ticket categories:

  • Free: Grants minimal access to workshops, panel conversations, and interviews.
  • Fan: Early bird ticket at a discounted price with access to all general events.
  • Flame: Regular ticket with access to all general events.
  • Firebrand (VIP): Includes VIP seating, priority access to auditoriums, meals, and exclusive perks.
  • Fantasy (Patron): Premium support ticket with all VIP benefits plus recognition and added privileges.

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Requests made at least 20 days before the festival will receive a full refund minus processing fees.
  • Requests made 7-19 days before the festival will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds are available for requests made less than 7 days before the event.

You can also transfer your ticket to another attendee if you’re unable to attend. Please email attend@fadakafest.com with your details.

In case of a cancellation, all ticket holders will receive a full refund. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. For more information, contact attend@fadakafest.com.

The festival will be hosted in Ibadan, Nigeria, across multiple venues, including theatres, art galleries, and open-air spaces. A detailed map and schedule will be provided closer to the event date.

Yes, we are committed to ensuring Fàdákà Fest is accessible to everyone.

  • Wheelchair Accessibility: All venues have ramps and wheelchair-accessible seating.
  • Hearing Accessibility: Selected panels and performances will include sign language interpreters or captioning.

If you require additional accommodations, please contact us at attend@fadakafest.com at least 14 days before the event.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees, the following items are prohibited:

  • Weapons or sharp objects.
  • Outside food and beverages (except for medical reasons).
  • Cigarettes, marijuana or alcoholic beverages. 
  • Illegal substances or hazardous materials.

Yes, there will be food vendors offering a variety of meals, snacks, and beverages. VIP ticket holders will also have access to exclusive meal options at designated areas.

  • Workshops, Panel Discussions, and Exhibitions: Open to all ages.
  • Night of Nostalgia and Music Concerts: Recommended for ages 16+ due to content and noise levels.
  • Theatre Performances and Film Screenings: Age restrictions vary depending on the production or screening. Check the event schedule for specific ratings.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Q: What safety measures are in place at the festival?
Your safety is our top priority. We will implement the following measures:

  • On-Site Security: Trained security personnel will be present at all venues.
  • Emergency Services: First aid stations and medical staff will be available throughout the festival.

Crowd Management: Our team will ensure orderly entry, exit, and movement between venues.

Absolutely! We’re always looking for passionate individuals to join the Fàdákà Fest Volunteer Team. Volunteers help with ushering, logistics, artist support, and more. Fàdákà Fest is a vibrant celebration of arts and culture, so feel free to express yourself creatively. Comfortable attire is recommended for workshops and outdoor events, while casual or semi-formal wear is ideal for theatre shows and panel discussions.

Yes, parking is available at most venues. However, spaces may be limited, so we encourage attendees to use public transportation or carpool where possible.
